Flight Officer School consists of two stages. Stage One provides
the knowledge and skills required to be competitive in obtaining
a regional airline pilot position by bridging the gap between general
aviation and 14 CFR Part 121 air carrier operations. Stage Two training
focuses on knowledge, skills, and attitudes the airline wants the
student to have prior to starting their training. Often times, the
student has already received a conditional hire date based on completion
of this phase.
